Return, refund, and exchange process

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return period on our Everyday Essentials styles (bamboo, cotton and alpaca). Sheer socks, statement sheers, tights and stockings may be returned within 14 days of delivery only if unopened in their original sealed packaging. All returned items must be unworn, with tags attached. Return shipping is $9.95 and original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not offer direct exchanges — simply return your item and place a new order. Faulty items are always covered under Australian Consumer Law at no cost to you.

If you want to request a return or refund for one or more items from your order, please check our Refund Policy to confirm the item(s) are eligible.

Simply login to your account by clicking the profile icon in the store or in the Refund Policy.

1. In the 'Email' field, enter your email address and then click 'Continue'.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from Uniq Socks and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit code.
4. Click the order that you want to submit the request for.
5. If the order has more than one item, then select the items you want to return.
6. Select the return reason and add additional information if required.
7. Click 'Submit Request'

If your request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.

After we receive your shipment, and your return has been assessed, you will receive notification about your refund. Please note that you will be charged a small fee as per our Refund Policy.
