I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, our carriers may experience circumstances that could cause delays. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time, please refer to the table below for estimates.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order will be exempt from standard shipping charges if your basket total exceeds $60, Express shipping costs $15.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Uniq Socks does currently not ship outside of Australia.
Please sign up for our Newsletter, we will update you as soon as we commence international shipping.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
In the event that our shipper does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, you will be required to provide a street address.
Uniq Socks does not take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We take extra care with all shipments. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please email us as soon as possible, info@uniqsocks.com.au with
- Your order number.
- And pictures of the damaged product.
Once received, we will process your request with urgency and be happy to send out a replacement free of charge.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
