Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day.

The Uniq Delivery Guarantee We believe a premium product deserves a premium stress free service. We take full responsibility for your luxury hosiery until it is safely in your hands.
If your parcel is lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond reasonable expectations, simply contact our team. We will handle the investigation with Australia Post and arrange a priority replacement immediately.
Tracking Your Journey Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the network to update and verify your parcel's exact location.
P.O. Boxes & Parcel Lockers Yes, we happily deliver to P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post. Please ensure your details are entered correctly at checkout to avoid delays in receiving your items.
Amendments & Cancellations Because we aim to pack and dispatch your socks as fast as possible, there is a very narrow window to make changes. If you have entered an incorrect address or need to cancel, please email info@uniqsocks.com.au immediately with the subject line 'URGENT CHANGE'.
While we cannot guarantee amendments once the warehouse has processed your order, we will do our absolute best to accommodate you.
Damaged In Transit In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please take a quick photo of the items and the packaging and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will organise a replacement immediately in accordance with our Quality Guarantee.
