Every pair of Uniq Socks is packed with exact care from our Australian warehouse. Whether you have chosen our OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified cotton, our luxury alpaca wool blends, or our delicate sheer designer patterns, we treat your items like the premium accessories they are. We understand you are excited to step into your new favourite pair, and we are dedicated to delivering a swift, secure, and exceptional experience straight to your door.

Dispatch & Handling

We pride ourselves on efficiency without ever compromising on presentation.

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the very same day.
  • Standard Dispatch: All other orders are meticulously processed and dispatched within 1 business day.

Australian Shipping Rates & Timeframes

We exclusively partner with Australia Post to ensure your organic bamboo and premium fibres arrive safely.

  • Standard Shipping: $10.00 AUD (Complimentary on all orders over $60 AUD)
    Estimated Delivery: 2–6 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD
    Estimated Delivery: 1–4 Business Days

The Uniq Delivery Guarantee

We believe a premium product deserves a premium, stress-free service. We take full responsibility for your luxury hosiery until it is safely in your hands. If your parcel is lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond reasonable expectations, simply contact our team. We will handle the investigation with Australia Post and arrange a priority replacement immediately.

Tracking Your Journey

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the network to update and verify your parcel's exact location.

P.O. Boxes & Parcel Lockers

Yes, we happily deliver to P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post. Please ensure your details are entered accurately at checkout to avoid any delays in receiving your items.

Amendments & Cancellations

Because we aim to pack and dispatch your socks as fast as possible, there is a very narrow window to make changes. If you have entered an incorrect address or need to cancel, please email info@uniqsocks.com.au immediately with the subject line "URGENT CHANGE". While we cannot guarantee amendments once our warehouse team has processed your order, we will do our absolute best to accommodate you.

Damaged in Transit

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please take a quick photo of the items and packaging and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will organize a replacement immediately, in accordance with our Quality Guarantee.
