Dispatch Times We pride ourselves on efficiency.

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day.

Standard Dispatch: All other orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
Shipping Rates & Estimates (Australia) We use premium courier partners and Australia Post to ensure your order arrives safely.

Our Delivery Guarantee We believe a premium product deserves premium service. We take full responsibility for your order until it is safely in your hands.
If your parcel is lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond reasonable expectations, you do not need to fight with the courier. Simply contact our team, and we will handle the investigation and arrange a replacement or resolution for you immediately.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to verify your parcel's location.
P.O. Boxes & Parcel Lockers Yes, we deliver to P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers via Australia Post. Please ensure your details are entered correctly at checkout to avoid delays.
Amendments & Cancellations Because we aim to dispatch orders as fast as possible, there is a very small window to make changes. If you have entered an incorrect address or need to cancel, please email info@uniqsocks.com.auimmediately with the subject line "URGENT CHANGE".
While we cannot guarantee changes once the warehouse has processed your order, we will do our absolute best to accommodate you.
Damaged Items In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the item and the packaging and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will organise a replacement immediately in accordance with our Refund Policy.
