We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We quality check our products multiple times and take great care in the construction and quality of all items. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or you are not happy with your purchase, please follow the process as per below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase or order number. 

To start a return, you can navigate to your account or visit the Returns and Exchanges page.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The 'Change of Mind' Return Fee is $14.95.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as your shipment arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be aware that products that have embellishments like diamonties need to be handled with care, it is in the line of expectation that over time some may fall off which is not covered by warranty.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on hosiery, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
After we receive your shipment and your return has been assessed we will notify you about your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
