To prolong their life, we recommend you wash your socks inside out, at a low temperature by hand, or machine-wash on a gentle cycle. The use of a garment bag further reduces the likelihood of damage and loss.
It is best to air-dry your Uniq Socks avoiding direct sunlight, do not tumble dry as this may cause shrinkage.

If you want to request a Return, a Refund or want to Exchange one or more items from your order please check our Refund Policy to confirm the item(s) are eligible.
Simply login to your account by clicking the profile icon in the store or in the Refund Policy.
- In the 'Email' field, enter your email address and then click 'Continue'.
- In your email account, open the email sent from Uniq Socks and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the request for.
- If the order has more than one item, then select the items you want to return.
- Select the return reason and add additional information if required.
- Click 'Submit Request'
If your request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
After we receive your shipment, and your return has been assessed, you will receive notification about your refund. Please note that you will be charged a small fee as per our Refund Policy.
